“Marylyn catered our wedding at The Barn at Orchard Hill Estate in Harriman, NY. The food and venue were amazing! Our guest list included quite a few world-traveling foodies. They repeatedly commented how delicious the food was. Our 3 main dishes were: -Poached salmon with a dill crema sauce on the side, -Marinated and Grilled Beef Tenderloin w/Horseradish Crema on the Side -Roasted Chicken w/White Wine/Thyme/Garlic and Lemon We had guests whose preference ranged from rare to well done. The marinated steak was cooked perfectly for each of them. All 3 dishes were a hit and were made to perfection to satisfy everyones’ palate. Marylyn was an absolute joy and easy to work with.
