“Marylyn catered our wedding at The Barn at Orchard Hill Estate in Harriman, NY. The food and venue were amazing! Our guest list included quite a few world-traveling foodies. They repeatedly commented how delicious the food was. Our 3 main dishes were: -Poached salmon with a dill crema sauce on the side, -Marinated and Grilled Beef Tenderloin w/Horseradish Crema on the Side -Roasted Chicken w/White Wine/Thyme/Garlic and Lemon We had guests whose preference ranged from rare to well done. The marinated steak was cooked perfectly for each of them. All 3 dishes were a hit and were made to perfection to satisfy everyones’ palate. Marylyn was an absolute joy and easy to work with. She made our wedding spectacular. We will definitely hire her again. I highly recommend Marylyn to anyone who wants the food for their special event to be unforgettable.”
