“We are still dreaming about the food from our wedding, and it’s all thanks to Marylyn and her incredible team at Juste Hors D’oeuvres! The appetizers were such a hit—especially the crab cakes with chipotle crema, watermelon/Manchego skewers, and fig and blue cheese flatbread. People couldn’t stop going back for seconds (and thirds!) But hands down, the star of the night was my favorite, the pumpkin lasagna! It was subtle and magnificent, our guests talked about it for days and my mother-in-law stopped to tell Marylyn too how much she enjoyed it! Beyond the food, what truly made the experience so extraordinary was how incredibly friendly and accommodating Marylyn and her catering staff were the whole time. From day one, Marylyn went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, she is so responsive and welcoming. We didn’t consider custom drink requests as early as we should have but they were so accommodating, they didn’t miss a beat. Their energy was infectious, and the team’s attention to every detail made the night entirely perfect.
