She also coordinated directly with the event venue on everything from facility requirements to equipment breakdown. The food was fresh, delicious, served on time, and at the right temperature. She is truly a marvelous chef and offered a wide variety of food selection. We were impressed by how she treated our guests, especially the elderly and people with disabilities. She reached out to them individually and made sure they had food that suited their needs and preferences. They all felt very cared for and appreciated.
