“My wife had a large international conference in her field here in New York and we decided to invite some of her working colleagues for an evening with wine and some Hors D’Oeuvres. As our upper west side apartment is rather small therefore we actually needed to have 2 consecutive evenings for this catering.
Chef Blythe and Lisa were absolute delights. They arrived punctually both nights and brought all needed things with them – including the nice variety of food menu items we had selected. They worked in the kitchen (some of the items were warm items) and made sure that we could focus on the guests (and wine pouring :). They also got special recognition from the highly international group of guests for their great preparation of food. I also appreciate the way all was cleaned afterward and the efficient way of collecting all the necessary things they brought. Being already tired late in the evening, this was very much appreciated. Hint: The lamb and the zucchini fritters got special recognition (the latter including me :). Overall a great experience. Thank you all!”
