It was challenging, as the party was to be at our home, and he had to make sure it was kept secret till the last second. He hired Marylyn and Juste Hors D'Oeuvres, and it was the best decision! Within a few days, he literally only had to text back and forth a few times, worked with Marylyn on the menu and details, signed a contract and she took it from there. Rentals were delivered the day of the party so that the surprise was kept till he brought me back to the house. The tent was all set up and gorgeous flowers were on the tables! Food was truly fantastic, and the team were wonderful... friendly, warm and so helpful. He simply could not have thrown a better event or hired a better caterer!!! Bernie and I were thrilled!
